Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Unxiety mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Unxiety is a personal anxiety-relief app offering guided breathing exercises, grounding exercises, soundscapes, and reframe prompt cards. No account is required, and every exercise, sound, and screen runs entirely on your device — the App only connects to the network to process the one-time purchase described below.

Your first 3 guided sessions (breathing or grounding) are free. After that, unlocking the rest of the App requires a single one-time purchase, shown in the App before you buy. This is not a subscription and does not renew or bill you again.

All purchases are processed and billed by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. We do not process payments or handle refund requests directly — refund requests should be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Unxiety offers relaxation techniques, not medical care, therapy, or diagnosis. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

The App, including its design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
