Privacy Policy

Unxiety ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Unxiety mobile application (the "App") handles your information.

The short version:Unxiety is a local, offline-first app. There is no account to create, and every exercise, sound, and screen runs entirely on your device. The one exception is processing the App's one-time purchase, described below.

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or any account credentials — there is no account system
• Location data
• Health data from HealthKit, Google Fit, or any other health platform
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any information from your camera, microphone, or contacts

There are no advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting services integrated into the App.

Unxiety offers your first 3 guided sessions free, then a single one-time purchase to unlock the full App — no subscription, no recurring billing. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or handle your payment details.

To verify your purchase and keep it unlocked if you reinstall the App, we use RevenueCat, a third-party purchase-management platform. RevenueCat receives transaction information from Apple (such as the purchase and its status) and a random, non-identifying device ID — never your name, email, or any content from within the App. This is the only feature in the App that requires a network connection; you can read RevenueCat's own privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Unxiety stores your settings — preferences such as haptics, text size, reduce-motion, and language — exclusively on your device, using standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is never seen by us. It can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App.

The App plays bundled soundscapes and guided-session audio and video entirely on your device, including in the background so a soundscape can keep playing under a breathing session. None of this activity is recorded, monitored, or transmitted anywhere.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not collect any personal information at all beyond what's described under "Purchases" above.

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it — remove it at any time by uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
