Privacy Policy

Unxiety ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Unxiety mobile application (the "App") handles your information.

The short version: Unxiety is a fully local, offline-first app. There is no account to create and no server to talk to. Everything you do in the App stays on your device.

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or any account credentials — there is no account system
• Location data
• Health data from HealthKit, Google Fit, or any other health platform
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any information from your camera, microphone, or contacts

There are no advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting services integrated into the App, and the App makes no network calls of any kind.

Unxiety stores the following data exclusively on your device, using standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is never seen by us:

• Check-ins— an optional record of the date, exercise, and how you felt afterward ("Calmer", "Same", or "Still anxious"), used only to show your own history back to you.
• Settings — preferences such as haptics, text size, reduce-motion, and language.

All of this data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App.

The App plays bundled soundscapes and guided-session audio and video entirely on your device, including in the background so a soundscape can keep playing under a breathing session. None of this activity is recorded, monitored, or transmitted anywhere.

While the App is distributed through Apple's TestFlight program, Apple may collect limited diagnostic and usage information as part of operating TestFlight itself. This is governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not ours, and is separate from anything described above.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no data is collected by us at all, there is no risk of inadvertent data collection.

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can clear your check-in history from within the App at any time, or remove all data by uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
